Procurement focuses on the security of supply, financial contributions, and qualitative requirements while acting in accordance with ethical, environmental, social, and economic principles.

Olin’s Code of Conduct sets expectations and obligations for the ethical business behavior of all employees at Olin offices and locations in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, the Code provides an overview of important company policies and certain laws and regulations that apply to our business activities.
On January 23, 2025, Olin released its amended Code of Conduct, including its updated Olin Values. The Code amendments address new regulatory requirements, and contain enhanced guidance in a number of important areas, including social responsibility, data privacy, safeguarding assets, quality, safety and sustainability, anti-corruption, insider trading, harassment, retaliation protection, and working with government partners.
The process to engage suppliers is managed by Olin Procurement. Adding suppliers is subject to many considerations including the following: business need, benefit offered and value created, Acceptance of and agreement to certain terms and conditions.
