Nichole (Nicki) Sumner, Vice President & Controller joined Olin in 2005. As a Corporate Officer, she serves as a member of Olin Corporation’s Executive Leadership Team and reports to Olin Chief Financial Officer Todd Slater.

Nicki was appointed to her current position in 2014, subsequent to her role as Financial Officer for Olin's former K.A. Steel division, where she successfully led the finance team through its acquisition. Previously, she held positions as Assistant Corporate Controller and Director of Corporate Accounting and Financial Reporting. Before joining Olin, she worked at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation in a variety of accounting positions of increasing responsibility.

As Controller, Nicki oversees all aspects of external and internal financial reporting, accounting research, policy development, internal controls, and global financial shared services. Given her depth of experience and insight, Nicki also serves as a finance business partner, focusing on financial planning and analysis.

A strong proponent of fostering community and development by linking new hires with seasoned employees, Nicki serves as the executive sponsor for the Olin Professionals Network.

Nicki holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. She is a Certified Public Accountant and maintains memberships with professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
