Jerold (Jerry) Lebold, Vice President, Manufacturing and Environment, Health, & Safety Center of Excellence (CoE), serves as a member of Olin’s Executive Leadership Team and reports to Olin President & CEO Kenneth T. Lane.
Before joining Olin in 2025, Jerry served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Geismar site for BASF, leading initiatives in EHS and operational excellence. He began his career as a Field Service Engineer at McDermott International, later transitioning into operations management roles at Ford Motor Company before moving into the chemical industry, where he managed operations at Monsanto, Solutia, and Israel Chemicals, including leading a facility startup in China. He joined BASF in 2012 as Global Manufacturing Director after the acquisition of Novolyte Technologies. Subsequently, he held leadership roles overseeing North American and global operations for various business units, including a relocation to BASF’s headquarters in Germany.
Jerry serves on the board of directors for the Louisiana Chemical Association, the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance, and the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry.
Jerry earned both his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and master’s degree in mathematics from Ohio University.
