Olin has a long tradition of encouraging its employees to help improve the lives of the people and places we live and work. We understand the importance of growing the cultural environments surrounding our operations by engaging with causes to maintain vibrant communities. Whether providing schools with volunteers or mentoring students by lending professional expertise, Olin and its employees make it a point to give their time and resources to help groom tomorrow’s leaders.
On a global scale, Olin employees are generously granted up to 40 hours of paid time off to contribute to nonprofit organizations in our communities. In 2023 alone, our collective efforts amounted to over 55,000 hours, leaving an indelible mark on our communities through our work with veterans, seniors, community gardens, food pantries, and more. This is a testament to the power of our collective commitment and the impact we can make when we come together.
