Marc Ehrhardt serves as Olin Vice President and President of Corporate Development and Business Services, responsible for leading Olin’s corporate strategy, M&A, strategic analysis, integrated supply chain, information technology, and sustainability. He serves as a member of Olin’s Executive Leadership Team and reports to Olin President & CEO Kenneth T. Lane.

Before joining Olin in 2025, Marc spent 29 years with BASF Group, serving most recently as President and CEO of BASF Corporation. During that time, he worked in several global locations, including Germany, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and the U.S.

Marc started his career at BASF in 1996 with roles in finance & administration, planning & controlling, strategic marketing, and business management. As his seniority increased, he assumed roles as Senior Vice President Business Management BASF Plant Science, Senior Vice President of Global Emissions Catalysis, President Finance for BASF Group, President Global Business Services, President of Region North America, and finally President and CEO of BASF Corporation.

Marc holds a Master of Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technical University of Berlin, where he majored in Corporate Finance, Planning & Controlling, Chemical Engineering, and Logistics.
