Teresa (Teri) Vermillion, Vice President & Treasurer, joined Olin in 2010. As a Corporate Officer, she serves as a member of Olin Corporation’s Executive Leadership Team reporting to Olin Chief Financial Officer Todd Slater.
Teri was appointed to her current position in 2018, having previously served as Olin’s Vice President of Tax. In addition to chairing Olin’s Investment Committee, she is responsible for Olin’s global treasury, tax, and risk management operations, with a focus on cost-management, long-range planning, and developing financial roadmaps to meet strategic objectives.
Throughout her tenure, Teri has provided key financial analyses, financing strategies, tax expertise, and risk mitigation for various complex business matters, including the Reverse Morris Trust transaction with Dow in 2015, creating a centralized treasury management structure, and managing debt and liquidity through the COVID-19 crisis.
Prior to joining Olin, Teri worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young for 11 years.
A dedicated proponent of women's leadership development, Teri serves as the executive sponsor for the Women of Olin Network. She also co-leads Olin’s worldwide employee engagement framework, All In Together.
Teri holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Missouri.
