Holger Baer, Vice President, Manufacturing &amp Global EH&S Center of Excellence, is an assistant corporate officer and serves as a member of Olin Corporation’s Executive Leadership Team reporting to Olin President & CEO Kenneth T. Lane.

Holger was appointed to his current role in May 2024 and also continues to serve as Managing Director for Olin’s operations in Germany. Prior to this role, Holger served as Vice President, Olin International and General Manager, Olin EMEAI. He previously served as Global Business Manufacturing Director for Olin Epoxy.

Holger joined Olin in October 2015 following Olin's acquisition of Dow's chlorine businesses. At Dow, which he joined in 1989, he held various roles in manufacturing, technology, and innovation, including leadership positions at Dow BASF Solvay Hydrogen Peroxide and HPPO projects in Thailand and Saudi Arabia, as well as being the Innovation Leader for Dow Germany.

Holger has also held several Plant and Site leader positions, including in Stade, Germany; Varennes (QC), Canada; and Midland, Michigan. He completed his German military service as a squad leader in 1985.
