Brett Flaugher was named Vice President & President, Winchester in January 2018, having served as President, Winchester since November 2016. He is a Corporate Officer and serves as a member of Olin Corporation’s Executive Leadership Team reporting to Olin President & CEO Kenneth T. Lane.
Brett is a recognized leader in the commercial and military ammunition industry. He led Olin’s successful bid to assume operational leadership for the U.S. Government’s Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in 2020, a facility that Olin had previously operated for the U.S. Government between 1985 and 2000.
Prior to his current role, Brett was Vice President of Domestic and International Marketing & Sales for Winchester from 2008 to 2016, having served as Vice President of Marketing & Sales from 2003 to 2007. Starting his career at Winchester in 1986 as a Sales Representative in Houston, Texas, Brett has held roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Sales and Director of National Retail Accounts.
A committed advocate for those who have served their country in all branches of the military, Brett serves as the executive sponsor of the Olin Veterans Network.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
