Angela Castle, Vice President & Chief Legal Officer is a Corporate Officer and serves as a member of Olin Corporation’s Executive Leadership Team reporting to Olin President & CEO Kenneth T. Lane.

During her tenure with Olin, Angela has served in several leadership roles, including Vice President and General Counsel (North America) and Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Commercial & Operations.

Before joining Olin in October 2017, Angela worked at LyondellBasell, where she served in various roles, including lead commercial attorney for the Intermediates & Derivatives business and the Olefins & Polyolefins business. Prior to LyondellBasell, Angela began her career in private practice as a corporate associate at Jones Day and Mayer Brown.

Angela received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin and her law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.
